A "Professional" refers to trained service providers associated with SALONCHIE. "Services" include salon, grooming, and other home-based services offered through the platform.
Service Booking
All services must be booked through official SALONCHIE channels. Bookings are subject to availability of professionals and selected time slots. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during booking.
Pricing & Payments
Service pricing is displayed at the time of booking and may vary based on service type and location. Payments can be made through available payment methods. SALONCHIE reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule bookings within the permitted time window that is 1 hour prior to the actual appointment time. Late cancellations or missed appointments may attract charges. SALONCHIE reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of operational or unforeseen issues.
Service Delivery
Services are delivered either at the customer's home or designated SALONCHIE partner locations. Professionals will arrive with necessary tools and products. Customers must ensure a clean, safe, and suitable environment for service delivery.
Hygiene & Safety
SALONCHIE emphasizes hygiene and safety standards. Professionals follow cleanliness protocols and use sanitized tools. Customers are required to inform about any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the service.
Liability
SALONCHIE shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or allergies. The platform is not responsible for damages arising due to unsafe environments or customer negligence.
Franchise & Service Locations
Certain services may be delivered at SALONCHIE partner locations, including home-based setups such as balcony salons. These locations operate under SALONCHIE guidelines but may be independently managed.
User Conduct
Customers are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior with service professionals. Any form of misconduct, abuse, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of service and account restrictions.
Privacy & Data Protection
SALONCHIE respects customer privacy and handles personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Customer information is used solely for service delivery and communication purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on the SALONCHIE platform are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
